وی گفت: در اجرای این طرح،افراد معلول بویژه در مناطق محروم به منظور بهره مندی از خدمات توانبخشی شناسایی می شوند.

سخنگویی افزود: در طرح 'آموزش توانبخشی مبتنی بر جامعه' علاوه بر شناخت افراد معلول، نوع معلولیت،نحوه بهره مندی از خدمات و حتی حمایت های لازم تعیین می شود.

وی ادامه داد: شناخت معلولان در مناطق محروم باعث می شود تا آنان خدمات مورد نیاز را برای توانمند شدن و حضور موثر در جامعه دریافت كنند.
