به گزارش خبرنگار اقتصادی ایرنا ، سید عطا الله صدر كه پس از گذشت بیش از 130 روز از آخرین نشست مطبوعاتی خود روز یكشنبه در جمع خبرنگاران حاضر شده بود ، به رئوس فعالیت های انجام شده در سال گذشته و برنامه های در دست اقدام 1391 پرداخت .

وی از اجرای 120 پروژه مربوط به سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی در سطح كشور با اعتباری به میزان هشت هزار میلیارد ریال خبر داد و گفت : ناوگان تجاری ایران ظرفیت 7/ 5 میلیون تنی دارد.

وی از برنامه سرمایه گذاری 13 هزار میلیارد ریالی توسط سرمایه گذار ایرانی در بنادر كشور در رقابت با شركت های خارجی به عنوان گامی مهم به منظور بهره گیری از توانمندی داخلی نام برد .

صدر از رشد شش درصدی در زمینه تخلیه كانتینری در بنادر به عنوان حركتی رو به رشد یاد كرد كه به رقم 2/ 3 میلیون ' تی یو ' رسیده است .

وی خطاب به جمع خبرنگاران حاضر در این نشست گفت : آیا كسی با اجرای فعالیت در این بندر در قالب اپراتور دوم مخالفتی دارد ، چون جوابی نیامد و پاسخ مورد انتظار دریافت شد ، آنگاه اظهار داشت : مزایده براساس یك فرایند قانونی و تحت نظارت صورت گرفته و شروطی نیز در آن گنجانده شده بود كه شركت ها باید شرایط داشته باشند .

مدیرعامل سازمان بنادرودریانوردی با اشاره به حضور شش شركت در برنامه مزایده اپراتور دوم بندر شهید رجایی به عنوان اقدامی برای برگزیدن شرایط مطلوب گفت: در اداره بنادر و دریانوردی هرمزگان بررسیها صورت گرفت و چهار شركت از مزایده بدلیل بدهی حذف شدند .

وی افزود :دو شركت بنیاد بارانداز وابسته به بنیاد جانبازان و مستضعفان و كاوه كه فعالیت تخلیه و بارگیری را در بنادر انجام می دهد ، برای مزایده باقی ماندند كه در نهایت با كناره گیری شركت نخست ، شركت دیگر كه هیچگونه انتصابی و یا دوستی و آشنایی با بنده ندارد ،انتخاب شد .

به گفته صدر ، تمامی شركتهای طرف حساب سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی به این سازمان بدهی دارند و بعضی 400 میلیارد ریال به ما بدهكارند .

معاون وزیر راه وشهرسازی تصریح كرد:حضور یك شركت برای انجام مزایده اپراتور دوم بندر شهید رجایی از دستگاه‌های نظارتی نیز مورد استعلام قرار گرفت كه این موضوع از نظر آنان خلاف قانون تشخیص داده نشد ، بنابراین در نهایت شركت كاوه به نام برنده معرفی شد.

وی در ارتباط با مزایده بندر امام خمینی (ره ) نیز اظهار داشت : مزایده آن بندر در زمان وزیر وقت ، براساس ترك تشریفات صورت گرفت و این موضوع نیز در اختیار شورای عالی این سازمان است كه واگذاری امور در قالب ترك تشریفات صورت گیرد ، یا خیر و اداره كل بنادر و دریانوردی هرمزگان از طرف این سازمان كارفرما محسوب می شود و چنانچه در هر مرحله با جعلی بودن شركت یا اسناد و مدارك مواجه شود ، اقدامات قانونی لازم را به عمل می آورد .
